Our 6-foot lightweight aluminum Olympic Bar is designed to help beginning lifters master different types of lifts while maintaining proper form. It has a 300 lb. static test, a 1 1/8” diameter shaft, zinc-coated steel, and pinned sleeves cut down to 9 1/4”, with a 51” distance between the collars making it compatible with most Olympic-size benches.
